The Alsan line of waterproofing systems offers a complete range of products utilizing PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) technology. It is an ultra-high performance, flexible, seamless, polyester reinforced cold liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing membrane system. The Alsan 500 system is our most common seller however, all Alsan systems feature dramatically fast cure times that can accommodate tight construction schedules and provide durable applications that may be warranted for up to 20 years.
One primer, one resin and 2 finishing resins to cover all your waterproofing needs; Resiproof liquid-applied polyurethane systems are widely used where installation of standard bituminous waterproofing membranes are not suitable. This product is seamless, has high UV resistance, has a high tensile strength which gives exceptional crack bridging capabilities, and with its excellent adhesion no flames are required for installation.
Lifetime Solutions is now a certified Uniflex contractor. Uniflex is a lightweight,
non-toxic solution that can extend the life of your roof. It can be applied to
pre-existing roofs and has great weatherability, and UV resistance. This energy star
rated product line is also environmentally responsible as it does not require hot
kettles or flames for installation.
Available in an Elastomeric or Aluminium finish coats or Asphalt Emulsion coatings,
Lifetime Solutions only offer a Supply & Installation option for this product as it
requires certified contractors to install it.
