Insulated lightweight concrete is typically a mixture of cement, water and preformed foam
case applied over galvanized steel decking (corrugated or fluted), pre-cast or
cast-in-place concrete, and wood. It provides positive draining, permanent thermal
insulation and fire resistance. Lightweight insulating concrete also offers fire, mold,
high wind uplift and moisture resistance.
